AB InBev to fight Modelo deal antitrust decision

The world’s largest brewer, Anheuser-Busch InBev, has vowed to fight a US Justice Department ruling that blocks its deal with Grupo Modelo to acquire the 50 percent of the Mexican brewer it doesn’t already own.
