Reorganisation for AB InBev in Central and South America

Anheuser-Busch InBev is reorganising some of its businesses in Central and South America, in advance of its proposed US$104 billion acquisition of SABMiller. The move, says AB InBev, will enable it to better focus on countries where the SABMiller businesses it acquires are well established.
