Suntory to buy Lucozade and Ribena from GSK

The Lucozade and Ribena nutritional drinks brands could be owned by Japan’s Suntory Beverage & Food Ltd (SBF) by the end of the year following an agreement finalised last weekend to sell them by GlaxoSmithKline in a deal worth more than $2 billion.
