Italy’s SMI has opened a new branch in Istanbul, Turkey, a country where the company already has more than 300 machines installed within bottling and packaging plants.
Designed to consolidate the company’s presence in a growing market, the offices are based in the Asian part of the city, in the district of Maltepe.
In addition to Murat Yeşilleten, branch director, the staff of the Maltepe branch also includes sales manager Erol Könüç, sales manager. The company will continue to collaborate with Zafer Özcan, which has offered sales support to SMI local customers for several years.
