EU tariffs are failing converters says Alliance

Limited availability of polymers has continued to put pressure on European plastics converting companies (mainly SMEs) since early 2015, with 66 Force Majeure announcements across the ageing EU polymer industry during the past 14 months, reports the Polymers for Europe Alliance.
