Novvia Group, a US-based distributor of rigid-container and life sciences packaging, has acquired APC Packaging, a supplier of beauty packaging products for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, APC Packaging supplies packaging for the premium skincare and cosmetics sectors, including plastics and glass containers, closures and related packaging components.
Lisa Lin and Christina Lin, the primary owners of APC Packaging, will continue to run the business and oversee day-to-day operations.
‘The next chapter’
Christina said: “We are extremely excited to partner with Novvia in this next chapter of our company. Lisa added: “We look forward to leveraging Novvia’s scale, relationships, and expertise to enhance our product offerings, expand services, and deliver greater value to our customers.”
The acquisition expands Novvia’s presence in the beauty and personal care packaging market and continues the company’s recent expansion in consumer packaging following its acquisitions of Garrett Hewitt International and Saxco International. In 2025, it also took over the distribution assets of Aaron Packaging, a Washington-based manufacturer and distributor of plastics and glass containers and closures.
Bob Boucher, chief executive of Novvia, said: “APC is an excellent company that fits well within our growing consumer segment.
“We look forward to partnering with Lisa and her team to build on their growth momentum while leveraging the combined strengths of our organisation to scale our beauty packaging platform.”
