Pregis protected by private equity

Private equity firm Olympus Partners, based in Connecticut, USA, has agreed to acquire Pregis Corporation North America, a protective packaging materials and systems manufacturer, for an undisclosed amount. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of May.
