Toppan strengthens in Europe with Skymark deal

Japanese converter Toppan has strengthened its flexible packaging capabilities in Europe after subsidiary InterFlex Group completed the acquisition of Skymark Packaging International. The deal for Skymark, headquartered in Scunthorpe, UK, increases Toppan’s and InterFlex’s European presence in food, converter films and non-food segments.
