UK pet food brand Lily’s Kitchen sold to Nestlé

Nestlé has acquired UK upmarket pet food brand Lily’s Kitchen from its private equity owner for an undisclosed sum. Lily’s Kitchen, which specialises in ‘natural’ premium wet and dry foods for dogs and cats, will sit within Nestlé’s Purina PetCare division. It will continue to run as a standalone business from its central London base….
