NORDENIA TO FORM PART OF MONDI’S CONSUMER PACKAGING BUSINESS

Packaging converter Mondi Group has acquired a majority shareholding in Nordenia International, a manufacturer of consumer packaging solutions and hygiene products.
Completion of the purchase from current owners Oaktree Capital Management is expected in Q4 2012.
