Pregis protects its future with Surface Guard buy

Protective packaging supplier, —Pregis Corporation, has acquired Illinois, US-based Surface Guard for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition will add new protective film, cohesive material and single-face corrugated manufacturing capability to Pregis’ portfolio.
