EQUITY FIRM CLOSES ON CAP MAKER PLASTICUM

Caps and closure maker Plasticum Group has been acquired by private equity firm Lindsay Goldberg. The terms of the deal are undisclosed but the Competition Authorities have already approved it and it has been fully financed with own equity capital.
