BPF criticises bottle deposit scheme motion

The British Plastics Federation (BPF) believe calls from UK Green Party leader Caroline Lucas for a bottle deposit return scheme (DRS) to be applied throughout England would weaken existing council collection systems and punish consumers who already recycle at home.
