Copolyesters earn PET tray approval

Two amorphous copolyesters manufactured by Perstorp have been endorsed by Petcore Europe for the production of heat-resistant PET trays. Akestra 100 and Akestra 110, described by Perstorp as high-performance products that enhance rPET by adding heat resistance capabilities, have won approval from the Technical Committee of the Tray Circularity Evaluation Platform (TCEP) of Petcore Europe….
